How do I clean the inflatable product?

What is California Proposition 65?

Do you ship overseas?
We do! But he free delivery policy presently only applies to the United States, Canada, Germany, France and Australia, as long as local stock is available. Shipping rates will be increased for cross-country transfers.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Can I use a freight forwarder for shipping?
We reserve the right to cancel any order shipping to a freight forwarder.
If we do ship your order to a freight forwarder, the responsibility for that order is transferred to the forwarder upon delivery to the customer supplied shipping address. Once delivered to the forwarder, Inflatablexpert.com is not liable for any incurred damage or future loss.
RETURNS, WARRANTY

What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
How do I request a return?

Help, my order arrived damaged or I recieved the wrong item/size!
Not cool at all…Did your order arrive damaged because of a manufacturing defect or shipment mis-handling? Did you receive an item that was different than what you ordered? We get it, accidents happen. Reach out to Customer Service with your order number and a photo of the damaged, wrong item, or wrong size, and we’ll take care of you.
