How to Inflate and Deflate?
Easily inflate with the included air pump and deflate by opening the air valve.
Plug in the air pump, open the valve, and insert the pump to inflate.
Gently tap the ball to check its firmness, remove the pump and press the valve core to seal it.
Twist open the valve, press the valve core to deflate, then fold for storage.
Store in a cool, ventilated place to maintain product quality.
